When you buy from an independent brand, you’re putting trust in the people behind it. As the founder of BerliozaBoyz, I believe we should make the basics easy to understand: where you pay, what we’ll never ask you to send, and how to reach us when you need help.

Payments for BerliozaBoyz orders happen only through our secure Shopify checkout. Start at berliozaboyz.com, choose your pieces and complete your purchase at checkout.

A conversation about a product should never turn into a request to send card information in a message.

Your card details don’t belong in our inbox

We never ask for your card number, security code or other card information by email, text or social media message. If a message claiming to be from BerliozaBoyz asks for those details, don’t send them. Open our website directly and contact us through the details listed there.

A human can help with your order

If something is wrong with your order, email info@berliozaboyz.com or visit our Contact page. Include your order number and a short explanation so we can understand what happened. Please leave card information out of your message and any screenshots.

You can reach a human for order problems. I want that to be clear before you buy, as well as after.
