How do payments and order support work?

Payments for BerliozaBoyz orders occur only through our secure Shopify checkout. We never request your card number, security code or other card information by email, text or social media message. If you have an order problem, you can reach a human at info@berliozaboyz.com or through our Contact page.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem, but never send card details.
